Cale Mclellan – Founder and Director of Technology

Cale is a proactive leader adept at directing our tech team and shaping the broader business strategy at IN-HOUZ. Originating from San Jose, California, his enthusiasm for startups began early, leading him on an entrepreneurial path. With extensive experience in forming development teams, navigating patent procedures, and securing funds from venture capitalists and private investors, Cale is a cornerstone of expertise in our organization.
His entrepreneurial spark ignited during high school, where he developed a keen interest in startups. Over the years, Cale has deepened his insights into the entrepreneurial realm. By 21, he had already founded his second startup, 9-Eighteen Solutions, showcasing his ambition and drive. Today, as the owner of IN-HOUZ Consulting, he plays a crucial role in our company’s growth.
To broaden his grasp on tech marketing, Cale furthered his studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He chose to major in strategic communications, complemented by a minor in executive business development. Impressively, Cale managed to graduate while concurrently leading and being part of the board for two startup companies.
With Cale at the helm, our tech team consistently excels, leveraging his vast expertise and forward-thinking vision. His blend of technical prowess and business insight ensures effective strategy execution and meaningful outcomes. Cale’s remarkable skills and entrepreneurial mindset are central to our organization’s progress in the constantly advancing tech and innovation sector.

Samantha Glass – Director of Operations

Samantha stepped into the role of Operations Manager at In-Houz Consulting in 2021, bringing with her extensive experience from the finance sector. Having previously served as a Financial Management Advisor for reputable investment firms in Canada, Samantha’s expertise lends invaluable insight into optimizing operational efficiency within our organization. Her natural talent for leadership is evident in her ability to mold our team into a finely-tuned, cohesive unit, underscored by her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
With a professional journey spanning over two decades, Samantha is a seasoned expert in client support. Her past experience not only equips her with the skills necessary to navigate complex client relationships but also positions her as the cornerstone that binds our team together. Samantha’s role transcends mere management; she serves as the glue that fosters enduring connections, both internally among our team members and externally with our cherished clients.
Now assuming the role of Director of Operations, Samantha’s unwavering commitment to ensuring client satisfaction remains the driving force behind our continued success and growth at In-Houz Consulting.

Pankaj Adhikari – Solution Architect

Pankaj Adhikari is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the dynamic realm of web design and development. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Pankaj has established himself as a leader, combining technical expertise with a keen understanding of web standards, scripting technologies, and project management.
Pankaj’s journey in the world of web design began in the early 2011, where he quickly developed a passion for creating innovative and user-centric digital experiences. His commitment to staying ahead of the technological curve led him to master a wide array of web scripting technologies, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and various frameworks. Pankaj’s proficiency in these languages allows him to craft elegant and efficient solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Over the years, Pankaj has played a pivotal role in numerous web design and development projects, ranging from small-scale startups to large-scale enterprises. He possesses a rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on expertise, allowing him to effectively guide cross-functional teams from concept to completion while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Rohin Jain – Solution Architect

Rohin has a proven track record of leading projects that drive organizational and transformation growth. He has over 15 years of experience in different roles as a head developer, delivery manager, technology project manager, head of project code review. As a scrum master he facilitates daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, tracking and supporting teams in identifying impediments. Rohin is heavily involved in coordinating project management activities including project planning, scoping, task tracking, finalization and estimation on various parameters, status monitoring and reporting to the client and senior management on a regular basis. To sum it all up, Rohin is responsible for delivering new and innovative technology solutions for our clients.

Dennis Naas – Senior Business Strategist

Dennis is responsible for implementing business strategies that advance the growth of all IN-HOUZ projects. His people first approach fosters relationships within our industry which makes him fully compelled towards the betterment of our clients. With 15 plus years of strategy consulting while specializing in delivering competitive results, Dennis is a leader in this field.
